I can lift up any space with beautiful frescoes. I use the highest quality materials to ensure your mural will last for generations.

Pictured is a fresco I worked on in England with Aiden Hart, in the Ravenna style.
Before painting, I consult with the community to understand its needs and charism in order to create art that will best fit the space available.

Why I use silicate paints

I am one of only a few artists in the United States trained in the use of silicate paints. These paints can last for centuries, lowering the cost of maintenance.

Silicate paints have high breathability and ultra-high vapor permeability. They keep walls dry, preventing internal degradation caused by more commonly used paints that trap moisture behind them. This allows brick and masonry, retaining walls, foundation walls, concrete, limestone, sandstone and other building materials to breathe as intended.

Silicates resemble the intended appearance of ancient frescos, yet they are non-fading and UV-stable. This means that they maintain color integrity while remaining fresh and attractive. They are non-peeling because they chemically bond to the substrate.

I studied under Seraphim O'Keefe as he painted this dome for St. John of the Ladder Orthodox Church in Greenville, SC with the Paris style of iconography.

I am especially interested in consulting when the architecture presents challenges--such as in an apse or dome. Together, we can can create solutions that elevate the worship space.
